CGC Technology introduces 10/100 Network control to our
Antenna product range giving tremendous improvements in control and
monitoring. Our new 5.5m S/X-Band Tracking Antenna will be the first
to benefit from this advance in technology.
November - 2005
Vexcel UK has ordered an X-Band MODIS Tracking Antenna and
Radome for Government Establishment in India.
June - 2005
SSTL has ordered an S-Band Tracking Antenna for RapidEye, to
be installed in Brandenberg Germany.
July - 2004 GFZ-Potsdam has ordered
a 4.2m LEO Tracking Antenna and Radome, to
collect data from the GRACE and CHAMP Satellites for geophysical
research. The Antenna and Radome is installed at Ny-Alesund,
Svalbard, Norway.
February - 2004
CGC Technology acquires the Tracking Antenna business from Thorn SDS.
January - 2003
Thorn SDS places the order for a 4th 3.7m S-Band Tracking Antenna
for Surrey Satellite Systems Ltd (SSTL). This Antenna is to be installed
in Nigeria and will form part of the Disaster Monitoring Constellation
(DMC).
June - 2002
Thorn SDS orders a 3.0m X-Band Tracking Antenna for Vexcel Corp, as
part of an EOS Ground Station for delivery to Regional Organisation
for Protection of the Marine Environment (ROPME).
November - 2002
Thorn SDS orders a 1.8m S-Band Tracking Antenna for Qinetiq (Defford).
July - 2001
Thorn SDS orders three 3.7m S-Band Tracking Antennas for the Disaster
Monitoring Constellation (DMC) satellites for Surrey Satellite Systems
Ltd (SSTL). These Antennas will be installed at SSTL in Guildford,
Turkey, and Algeria.
